Hello. My name is Norvella Brooks. I am a seasoned professional now embarking onto the new profession of a notary public and loan signing agent. I am currently a probation officer with the City and County of San Francisco, which I have worked for for the last 13 years. I have worked in the criminal justice field for a total of 25 years. Before that, I worked in corporate for Oracle, Bank of America/Legal, and JP Morgan. I also own a seasonal pie business called Cranberry Crunch Pies and Tarts that operates during the holiday season of months October through January.

As I shift into this new lane with retirement approaching, I care to keep busy with a business that is my own, and one in which I understand the importance of legal documentation. My entire professional career has been centered around the proper execution of legal and binding paperwork, and most importantly, the personal interaction with various people. I understand multiple types of personalities; it is my specialty.
