I recently got my notary commission but I have worked as a loan processor for a little over 2 years. So, I'm very familiar with loan documents. I still work as a loan processor full time. I am available in the evenings (covering Orange county area) and weekends (Orange county, LA county and willing to go out a bit farther if needed).

I have a laser dual tray printer and can provide scan backs before sending the documents.
