I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent. As such, I've been trained on how to carry out an error-free signing, whereas notaries who have not received this training often make mistakes that can cause a loan not to fund.

I understand the importance of making sure I do not cause a funding condition due to missing signatures, initials, dates, stamps, having the borrower sign and date a form without having the form itself filled out properly, as well as other issues that could cause a loan not to fund.

Also, I do not book appointments too close to each other. If on the rare occasion there is an issue with a signing, this enables me to focus 100% of my attention on immediately resolving it.
