• My certifications include: Loan Signing System, Notary Academy, 2022 Notary Essentials, and the NNA NSA exam.
• I have a mobile office which gives me the opportunity to provide you with scan backs immediately after the signing is complete, if necessary and or print out any last minute documents that are required.
• Through my loan signing training and my previous employment as an Eligibility Worker for the Department of Social Services I understand the impact that incomplete paperwork or missing deadlines have on the customer therefore, I will ensure that I triple check all documents for completeness to avoid the most common mistakes such as missing notarial stamps, incomplete Trust Certifications or initials on corrections especially the Notice of Right to Cancel form. In the rare occasion that a mistake is made, fixing the mistake will be my #1 priority and no other signings will come before addressing the mistake first.
