I have been working as a Notary Public since 2017 after many years of working as an Information Technology Project Manager. I am a Fidelity-approved notary and a certified Notary Signing Agent. I particularly specialize in notary assignments relating to real estate transactions both commercial and residential - purchases, refis, sales, HELOCs, and reverse mortgages. I have completed over 775 real estate signings since I started. I cover most of Sonoma and Napa counties in California. For a higher rate (to account for additional travel expenses), I will also take on assignments on the Sonoma Coast and Lake Berryessa area as well as northern Marin (Novato, Bel Marin Keys), western Marin, and in Vallejo in Solano county outside of rush hour.
