Hello, my name is Eric Pan and I’m a new loan signing agent. I worked at a title company during Fall 2021. I was one of the people who would handle the loan packages after the notaries dropped them off and shipped them over via FedEx. Because of that, I’m very familiar with loan packages. I know how to fill out a PCOR, I know that a note doesn’t say note every time but the way to tell that a note is essential is that it will always be numbered. I’m also familiar with funding conditions, so I know what the consequences would be if I don’t get the loan packages to escrow offices with all of the required signatures and dates.
I am able to travel anywhere around the Bay Area along with the counties of Santa Cruz and Monterey.
