I have completed over 300 signings on different platforms and with direct offices (Title companies and estate planning companies). My goal is to ensure signers are well informed, comfortable, and have all of their questions and needs met during signings with me. I am located in the city of Seaside and I cover the general Monterey County area. I have experience completing refinances, reverse mortgages, loan applications, HELOCs, cash purchases, seller's packages, buyer's packages, mobile home purchases, trust/estate plans, and more. I have a dual tray laser printer, fax machine, and scanner. I also have $100,000 E&O coverage, NNA certification, and I am fully background screened.
