I'm a fidelity approved mobile notary, I specialized in loan document signings. I work with escrow officers by making sure that I am detail oriented and I am able to properly guide the borrowers during the signing that they don't miss any signatures since missed signatures could create funding condition which could make the escrow officer look bad.
