I am a new notary who recently completed the Notary Signing Agent test. In my prior occupation at the US Postal Service of 34 years I was a Facilitator of an employee enabled process called Quality of Worklife. This position helped me to become a better listener and communicator. I believe in being thorough, organized, prepared, sticking to the rules, and being polite. A genuine smile says so much and making someone feel as ease.
