I am a 4 year experienced Notary Signing Agent. I have learned much in these years to include each signing is unique and the process and paperwork may change due to state or title requirements. Taking notes is key. In my prior occupation at the US Postal Service of 34 years I was a Facilitator of an employee enabled process called Quality of Worklife. This position helped me to become a better listener and communicator. I believe in being thorough, organized, prepared, sticking to the rules, and being polite. A genuine smile says so much and making someone feel as ease.
