As a Loan Signing System graduate, I appreciate where I fit within the pecking order of the transaction. And although I think my job as loan signing agent is the most important step in the process, I understand the importance of making you look good during the closing, which makes everyone above you and me, including escrow, title, the mortgage broker and real estate agent look good. This final piece of the puzzle is important and I know how many people it affects, so I will give every signing my focused, undivided attention.

Do I make the signing stress free and smooth for everyone? Yes, it goes without saying. Can I be flexible and communicate at every step in the process? Doesn't every loan signing agent? But if for some reason I have made a mistake I will drop what I am doing and fix the situation immediately. Nothing is worse than a notary who won't fix their problems in a timely manner.

Regular hours are 9am – 9pm, but I'm very flexible. It would be wonderful to have a few hours lead, but be confident that I am just a phone call away for those priority appointments that must fit your schedule.

My track record goes back to my first Notary commission in San Diego in 2005, where I was signing loans for a small mortgage brokerage. I loved it!
