I'm certified by the State of California as a "Notary Public" with one year of experience, working primarily with individuals and local car dealerships to execute notary assignments as needed. I recently obtained my certificate as a "Signing Agent" to expand my services to include mortgage and title companies. I am retired and mobile, so my availability is very flexible.
