What is it like to switch from employment as an auditor to a loan singing agent? I am pleased to report, it is very much the same. As an auditor, attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism are a must. As your loan signing agent, I will bring those skills to the table to give your borrowers a positive experience. Recently commissioned in December 2019, to date I have signed first mortgage refinance and VA refinance loans. As a National Notary Association certified signing agent, I do have the training, and am prepared to sign any refinance loan including HELOC and reverse mortgage. My certified training also included sales and purchase transactions, as well as commercial transactions. I have a career history of auditor and accounting employment with both state and local governmental agencies, and I am background screened. I am willing to travel throughout San Joaquin County, which includes the cities of Stockton and Lodi. I am available seven days a week, including most holidays.
