With a bilingual ability to communicate effectively, I can provide Signing and Notarization Services to mortgage lenders, Title and Escrow Companies clients/borrowers, and individuals who are Spanish speaking.
I am trained and certified as a Notary Signing Agent by the National Notary Association to work with mortgage lenders, Title and Escrow companies to complete the signing and notarization of loan documents for real estate, refinancing, loan modifications, reverse mortgages and loan applications.
As your Notary Signing Agent, I bring to the table my adeptness for attention to detail, accuracy, professionalism, timely and efficient communication. I will coordinate signing appointments with borrowers, confirm location, date, time and make sure they have proper identification documents. I will perform my duties ethically, review all loan documents, collect all stipulations as required, safeguard borrower’s information and return completed loan packages on time.
