With each assignment I'm given I make sure that the borrowers experience is pleasant and as stress free as possible. I will go through and give a brief explanation of the forms that need to be signed in an easy to understand way. I will make sure that all signatures, initials, and dates are complete though out the entire package and at the end of the signing I will do a final check that everything is filled out correctly. If scan backs are needed I will do so in a timely manner as well as make delivery drop offs of all loan paperwork while keeping you informed every step of the way.
