Signing Services. Either print or pick up in person and prepare documents for clients to sign.Set up appointments. Travel to an arranged location. Meet with the clients.Verify their identity with a valid form of government issued photo ID card.Witness their signature, take a thumbprint and compare photos.Explain forms in the package while supervising their signatures and dates on the documents. Notarize signatures on required documents. Review terms of the loan, answer questions and explain procedures going forward. Hand deliver or ship via courier original documents to appropriate companies per their instructions. Im goal is to develop a reputation as an efficient service provider with high levels of accuracy in completing document signings, as well as a high prompt on time rate to appointments.  I have be sworn in San Joaquin county as a Notary and been has a loan signing certfication completed.
