Abreu Family Notary Services is operational full time 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

The best part about working with me is that I am fully open to performing signings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. Additionally, I have no issues with meeting the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church, etc.).
We adhere to the National Notary Association standard of conduct, we never force the signer to sign documents, we only notarize if we witness the signer signing the documents, I am also fully bilingual, Spanish and English. I serve the entire Riverside County area and north San Diego County.

I have done over 1200 signings and I am available 24/7. I have performed signings for the following companies: NotaryGo.com, The Closing Exchange, Loan Closers, Signing Order, Signature Closers, SnapDocs. I am bilingual Spanish-English.

I understand not to double-side print or email the customer copy. I fully understand the role of the non-borrowing spouse. I notarize documents in the presence of the signers. I do not offer legal advice and adhere to California Notary Laws. I do not upcharge for scan backs or hold documents for additional pay. I look forward to closing your loans (refi, purchase, sell, reverse, etc.). If any mistake is made, I will correct it immediately.

As a former ship safety and fire inspector for the US NAVY I was expected to review, evaluate, and analyze procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent any possible incidents in the workplace. Attention to detail in report writing for a safety inspector is a must. Although my appointment for notary public has been recently, I have vast experience on examining forms for errors and/or omissions, as well as the ability to communicate and explain a subject properly and efficiently to a client if needed.
