I do my best not to miss dates, initials, and signatures because I know that can cause funding conditions and delay everything. I make sure to return completed loan documents ASAP, through FedEx overnight, or if possible, the same day during business hours. I know how to execute Power of Attorney and guide borrowers through the Grant Deed/Quit Claim deed and PCOR form. I understand that when I'm doing a signing, I am an extension of you and will represent you professionally.
