I worked in Real Estate for 12 years where I also obtained a Real Estate License. I have been commissioned as a Notary since 2003 and have been signing full time since 2010. While working in Real Estate I coordinated with escrow companies, insurance companies, appraisers, and repairmen, so I am familiar with all the different types of documents that can be included in a set of loan docs. I am also certified as a Signing Agent on NNA which I update yearly with a Background Check. I am also Spanish speaking and have my own office for after hours or weekend signings and am scan, fax and document print capable in both letter and legal.
