I will walk your borrowers through all of the important docs: the Closing Statement, Note, Deed, and CD. I understand that I have to be impartial but not uneducated. I always make sure your borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through their loan documents.

All of the forms will come back filled out, whether that be the PCOR, Statement of Information, Trust Certification, or Disbursements of Proceeds.

Your documents will be returned promptly according to your instructions as soon as the signing is complete, and I will keep you informed throughout the whole process so that you are not left wondering. In the unlikely event that an error is made, I will do everything in my power to correct it as quickly as possible.
