I have been a loan signing agent professional for over four years and have completed thousand of signing. I arrive to all my appointments on time and will contact signers if running late .I will never print docs double sided. I will provide the signers with a copy of the docs. I will scan back as requested. I will always drop docs on time for next day delivery. I will not miss notary stamps or signature.
