I am a premier member of notary rotary. I have a dual-tray laser printer and accept e-docs. As a notary public in california, i have been background screened by the fbi and department of justice and am compliant with the glba. I also carry the nna background check which expires in august 31,2014 and have a $100,000 errors & omissions policy.
