I am certified loan signing agent and California Notary Public. Due to the Pandemic I have been operating for the past 11 months performing refinance loan signings in the 9 counties of the Bay Area. I have a flexible schedule which accommodates last minutes assignments. I try to make the appointment at least 10 mins. before schedule but if I will be late I will let the borrowers or sellers know by calling with my ETA.
