Hi there, I am a Mobile Notary Signing Agent.
I have my NNA (National Notary Association), BBB (Better Business Bureau), and LSS (Loan Signing System) certificates.
My role is to act as a neutral third-party witness to the signing of the loan documents, ensuring that all signatures are properly executed and notarized.
I go over the most important pages first with my borrower to make sure ever looks correct before proceeding.
I go through The Closing Disclosure, Settlement Statement, The Note, The Right to Cancel, their Deed of Trust and First Payment Letter all first because it usually will answer any questions my borrower/s may or may not have. If something is incorrect, we can make a call to their loan officer right away.
My services also include:
-Scheduling and coordinating signing appointments with borrower/s.
-Traveling to the borrower's location or a mutually agreed-upon location to conduct the loan signing. I’ll be there.
-Going over loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
-Being educated to give general answers on borrowers loan documents. Being able to point to their answer on their loan documents and lead the way smoothly and efficiently.
-Witnessing and notarizing the borrower's signatures on the loan documents.
-Ensuring that all necessary documents are properly executed and returned to the lender or closing agent in a timely manner.
