I have served two commissions, mostly performing general notarial work and in legal contexts. Recently I decided to add a loan signing service line to my practice, and so I obtained NNA/NSA and LSS certifications for loan signing agents. Combined with familiarity with property related documents gained as a paralegal and commercial development contract administrator, the training I received will enable me to provide high quality loan signing services.
