My basic work standards are:
will confirm appt. with signer and review needed information for our appt.
will arrive on time, and will contact signers if running late.
will provide signers with a copy of docs. No double sided printing.
will notarize at site, with signers/witnesses present.
Scan backs if requested, mailed in the same day, if done prior to 4pm.
I work in the Contra Costa,Alameda area.
I am experienced in borrower and seller documents on purchases and refinances. I handle reverse mortgages with an extra measure of care and I can usually respond to last-minute requests. Most importantly, I love this job!
