I have been heavily involved in the Real Estate industry as a self-employed business owner - private Real Estate Inspector for the last 25 years. I am very familiar with the industry, the documents, and the terms, and as a long-term business owner I understand and use good communication skills, helping literally thousands people feel at ease and comfortable with complicated expensive purchases. Most importantly, I understand scheduling, and the necessity of document accuracy and deadlines, and always being on time by being early. If I'm not 10 minutes early, I consider myself late, and I'm never late.

I live on the county border of the city of Sacamento and Yolo county, and therefore Woodland, Davis, Dixon, and all of the greater Sacramento, Roseville/Folsom areas are easily within a 20 minute drive!!
