I service Sacramento and all surrounding areas including Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties. My state-of-the-art dual tray laser printer ensures loan packages are printed clearly, on the correct size paper and in the same stacking order in which they were sent to me. I return packages same day whenever possible, next day when it isn’t.

I understand very well that missed signatures, initials and incorrect notarization can lead to delays in COE, and that YOU ultimately are the person who will "take the heat" from your client! To avoid this, I take just 10-15 minutes after the signing to review the docs to be sure my signings are correct and complete.
