I'm a mobile notary who fluent in both English and Vietnamese. I am very flexible with time appt (can go super early in the day or later in the evening) and extremely punctual if not early. I also am a professional realtor and have a full time job. Trying to earn extra doing notary. Cities i prefer in Orange County are Westminster HB Anaheim Fountain Valley Garden Grove. But can drive pretty much any where if the location and time works out for near my work or home.
