All appropriate forms will be filled out by the borrower, and all Right to Cancels will be triple checked. On the off chance a mistake is ever made it becomes my top priority to correct that mistake whether it was mine or the borrower.

All Docs will be returned promptly either before FEDEX cutoff time (when applicable) or first thing next morning. I will always keep hiring agent aware of necessary details throughout the transaction.
