I was also an escrow assistant for about a year where my primary job was loan signings and all sorts of deeds. I live in the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles County and I am self employed as a Financial Services Agent so my availability is flexible. I hold a Real Estate license, an NMLS endorsement for the state of California as well as a Live/Health Insurance license.
