I am a retired City of Davis police lieutenant. I started doing loan signings on March 26, 2004 after completing the NNA signing agent certification and seminar. As of February 2016 I have completed more than 2300 signings, most of which were edocs. I have handled buyer, seller, refinance, HELOC, commercial, construction, small business, modification and reverse mortgage signings. I have done power of attorney signings and signings involving trusts. I have also handled living trust signings. I do not hesitate to call if i have a question about anything. I am usually available every day of the week and am willing to take assignments on short notice. I typically cover Yolo County and parts of Sacramento and Solano Counties. My renewed commission expires in 2020.
