I provide mobile notary and loan signing services across Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, and Sacramento counties. Equipped with a high-speed laser printer and a mobile digital scanner, I am fully prepared for full loan packages, hybrid e-signings, immediate scan-backs, and on-site digital fingerprinting.

I understand that I am the final, face-to-face extension of your company at the table. I pride myself on extreme attention to detail, punctuality, and clear communication to deliver a seamless, stress-free closing experience for your clients. Available for standard hours, evenings, and weekend assignments.

Special Fee & Order Conditions:
• Sunday Signings: A $25.00 convenience fee applies to all Sunday signings requiring FedEx same day shipping in local service areas (Linda, Yuba City, Olivehurst, etc.) to cover extended travel required for same-day shipping cut-offs due to local FedEx closures.
• Cancellation Policy: A fee of $50 applies for any appointment canceled at the door or refused on the same day as the scheduled signing.

Mobile Fingerprinting Services:
Fingerprint pricing is the Rolling fee + Application Fee + Travel
On-site digital fingerprinting is available using a mobile scanner.
• Rolling Fee: $35.00 flat rate.
• Local Travel Fee: A $10.00 minimum travel fee applies to all locations within a 15-mile radius of Yuba City, CA.
• Extended Travel Fee: For locations extending beyond the initial 15-mile radius, an additional $0.75 per mile will be calculated and added to the base rate.
