I had joined Bailes and Associates, Inc., located in Los Angeles, California in November 2008 as a commercial real estate broker, specializing in tenant representation, for all types of commercial real estate. As a Senior Vice President, some of my responsibilities include:
Being a self- starter and a self- motivator
• Client Marketing
• Maintain relationship between client, building management, landlord and escrow company to help resolve any problems or situations during the client's lease/purchase term.
• Audit of Landlord CAM and other lease charges.

Prior to joining Bailes & Associates, I was President of my own commercial and residential mortgage brokerage company for 25 years. My skills were developed in Teamwork, Human Relations, Supervision, Training, Audit, Strong Organizational Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving, Marketing, Procedures and Policies and Leadership.

EDUCATION:
Long Beach State, in Long Beach, CA. I attended for approximately three years, majoring in business and accounting at night with evening classes. I left Long Beach State for the purpose of starting my own Real Estate company and spent the next twenty-five years honing my management and real estate skills. As a licensed real estate professional, I am committed to continuing education in all aspects of the Real Estate industry. I received my AA degree from El Camino College in Torrance CA

Personal Bio
Married to a commercial real estate broker and the parent of one daughter, three grandchildren and four great­ grandchildren, I embrace the time with my family.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Include travel, golf and DIV home improvement projects.

MILITARY SERVICE: US Navy for four years. Assigned to a Navy Air Wing Squadron VF-194 located in Miramar, CA. Deployed with the Air Wing three time to Vietnam aboard Navy aircraft carriers
