Most of the closings completed are Refinances, but I have also completed HELOCs, Reverse Mortgages, REO Purchase, and Loan Modifications. I provide closing services in all the metro Denver cities, including Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Wheat Ridge, and Aurora. The counties I primarily cover in Colorado are Denver, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Broomfield, Adams, and Douglas. Other counties, in particular Weld and Boulder, are covered for an additional negotiated fee.
