The purpose of what I do is to make sure you have the most flawless and seamless closings possible. I do general notary work and have experience and over 50 signings with refi's, reverse mortgages, HELOC's, purchases, and sellers package! I am NNA and Loan Signing System certified providing further assurance that I know how to present all types of loan docs. I prep my docs before each signing and do my very best to check for all initials, signatures and dates. I am punctual and I pay close attention to detail. I have $100K of E&O Insurance and will travel up to one hour for a signing. I understand how important the closing process is to all parties involved and I make sure the signing goes off without a hitch!
