Sixteen (16) years' experience working as a property manager for HUD Section 8 and LIHTC properties in Kansas and Colorado. relocated to Colorado in late 2017, with a master's degree in Diversity; a bachelor's in liberal studies and two associate degrees in Business Administration and Secretarial Administration all from Wichita State University. Additional program certificates from Oklahoma State University for grant writing; Mediation Training Certification from Wichita Bat Association, and licenses and credentials as a certified nurse assistant, home health aide and license for an Owner administration for a Home Plus. Currently an active member of Zion Baptist Church, Denver. Former organizations included activity as the Executive Director of the W.G. Williams Community Foundation, Inc., the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Board; Community Services Block grant Commitee for the City of Wichita; the African American Faculty/Staff Coalition of Wichita State University, the Urban League of Wichita; Sustaining member of the Junior League of Wichita, Inc. and a member of the Minority Convention Development Committee for Wichita Convention & Visitors' Bureau. I was a licensed notary in the State of Kansas from 1993 - 2018. Now Licensed in Colorado as Notary Public, RULONA and Notary Signing Agent.
