I am detail-oriented and will utilize a checklist to ensure every signature, initial, and form is filled out to completeness. I will be triple-checking key forms, such as the Right to Cancel, Signature Affidavit, and Form 1003 (URLA) to avoid any mishaps. I have experience with VA Loans and the HUD/VA Addendum to URLA. If there are any unforeseen mistakes, I will own them and fix them ASAP. Additionally, after completion, I will return documents promptly after signing as I am aware of FedEx/UPS cutoff times.
