I will on occasion travel to other cities but at extra cost. Minimum fee for a signing is $85.00 for HELOC, $100-$250 for RE closings (that only includes the signature signing, document printing and scan/mail/upload fee. It DOES NOT include travel or mileage or any extra expenses. Extra expenses are an additional amount) ask that all requests are at least 3 days in advance. We also do title abstracts, negotiations, mediation and document preparation. Fees for other services vary.
