I cover each document to ensure that signatures, dates, initials and other pertinent information are complete and filled out. I understand the documents and how to point out where the information is located if the borrower has a question. I know what and how to handle questions in my purview and how to direct them to the correct person for anything in the documents I am not allowed to answer or explain.

I know returning documents promptly is critical to a timely and issue free closing. I make sure the documents are sent on time and as soon as possible upon completion of the signing or notarial act.

I will keep you informed with any issues or questions that may arise throughout the whole process. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will make rectifying it my top priority.
