Not satisfied with the minimum required Loan Signing Agent training, I'm also a part of NotaryCoach.com, taking the Notary2Pro training, and will take LSS training after that. I've received advanced training on reverse mortgages including passing a 100-question test with 95% and gaining certification as a reverse mortgage signing professional. This means I am not only certified as a Notary and eNotary in Colorado and a Certified Signing Agent by the NNA, I am someone who knows more and continues to improve beyond that.

During a loan signing appointment, I make sure the signer knows the purpose of the documents they are signing, and am happy to help them contact their loan officer for specific questions. I let them set a pace they are comfortable with, and always check the documents at the table when we're done.

For other notary work, I always check the signers ID against their signature after administering the proper oath or acknowledgement.

My combination of advanced training and an extensive network assures you an error-free signing almost every time. (Everybody makes the occasional mistake.)
