I service the following counties; Arapahoe, Douglas, Adams, and Denver counties. Open to travel further if needed.
I am NNA certified. Also, certified with Loan Signing System, Notary Business Builder and Diamond Elite Loan Signing Institute.

I am trained to properly execute Seller, Buyer, Purchase, Refinances, and Helocs and so much more.
I'm also a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent (CNTDA), through Notary Business Builder to notarize Estate Planning documents.

I understand the importance of executing signings properly. I will guide your clients over every document to ensure signatures,
dates, initials, and notarization's are complete. Before leaving the signing table, documents will be tripled checked.

I have $500,000 E & O Insurance. Brother Dual Tray Laser Printer, Epson ES- 580W Mobile Scanner, same day scan backs,
last Fed EX drop is 5:00pm., last UPS drop is 6:00pm.
