I thoroughly go over every document making sure that every signature, date and initial is completed and correct. At the end of an appointment I make it a habit to double check the documents before I leave the borrower and then once more before I submit them. I go over specific documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 multiple times to make sure they are also filled out completely and correctly. Additionally if on the rare occasion I make a mistake I am prompt to fix it, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you immediately. I also make sure that the documents are returned quickly and on time as soon as I am finished with the signing.
