I understand the importance of making sure the signers are comfortable and confident in the signing process. I understand the importance of funding conditions and that if documents are not properly signed, dated, initialed and notarized it can cause problems in the closing process! I also understand the importance of having signer information filled out properly. Timing in the closing process is important, I understand returning documents through shipping and or scanning or both is very important and should be a priority! I always strive to be 15 minutes early to appointments! I'm flexible in travel. I can also properly fill out a Right to Cancel and understand how important that is, in the closing process!
