I worked as a mortgage loan originator for 7 years prior to creating my LLC to provide mobile notary services. As a result, I am very familiar with the forms and documents presented at real estate purchase, refinance, HELOC and reverse mortgage closings. In my first year as a mobile notary, I presented 200+ real estate packages. I am based in Colorado Springs, CO but regularly provide closing services in surrounding cities and counties. Specifically, I accept assignments in El Paso, Pueblo, Fremont, Teller and Douglas Counties and could travel to other locations for an appropriate fee. Cities served include Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, Castle Rock, Monument, Falcon, and Woodland Park. I am Pavaso certified.
