I will keep you up to date about your signing from the time you send me your loan document sets to either the FEDEX/UPS drop off or scanbacks. I am empathetic, mindful and value both the borrowers and your time. I thoroughly review your loan document set to make certain the borrower completely and neatly fills out their documents, initials, and sign and date on their signature lines. I can be relied upon to meet schedules and deadlines. If there are any mistakes I will drop what I am doing to fix it.
