Additional training and certifications were obtained by completion of the National Notary Association loan signing course, the Diamond Elite Loan Signing Institute course, and the Mark Wills Loan Signing System Course. I have obtained additional ongoing training through the Diamond Elite Loan Signing institute regarding the types of signings I may encounter such as seller, buyer, ARMs, HELOC'S, split signings, and refinance packages. I have also obtained a certification for Specialized Reverse Mortgage Notary.
