I am always professional and very detail oriented. For your convenience, I am available 24 hours per day and I work 7 days a week by appointment. I am available for closings throughout the Denver metro area, from Ft. Collins to Castle Rock. I have a Brother HL-L6200 dual tray laser printer. I double-check all documents in a loan signing, to make sure that all forms are present and filled out correctly. Also that all signatures, dates, initials and notarizations are completed correctly the first time. I know who to contact if there are any issues with the closing. I am aware of sensitive deadlines and do not miss them.
