I enjoy working in the mountain areas. The areas within a 30-50 miles are Woodland Park, Divide, Florissant, Lake George. I have and will travel to Buena Vista, Salida, Northrop, Fairplay and many other mountain towns. Time permitting, I am open to any appointment in the western mountains of Colorado Springs. However, being remote creates some challenges, such as same day drop-off, in most cases any afternoon appointment will have to be dropped off the next morning, this is due to early pick up times and drive time to the closest drop off for either FedEx or UPS. I have a highspeed scanner to help avoid any delays in returning documents in a quick fashion. I enjoy working and meeting all the people in these areas. In most cases the signers are very friendly and appreciate not having to go to the city areas for their closings.
