As part of my personal performance standards, I perform multiple checks for accuracy, before leaving the signers, to ensure all documents are error-free and provide a status update, immediately following the signing. Most importantly, I understand the time-sensitive environment of real estate closings, so I ensure the scanbacks are uploaded ASAP and signed documents are delivered back to your client immediately, or in the manner requested.
