I am a mobile notary and notary signing agent located on the western slope of Colorado near Grand Junction. I am NNA and LSS certified. I completely understand that I am an extension of your business, and my level of professionalism will put your business in the best possible light. All instructions are read and followed, and any questions I may have will be asked after my initial review of the documents. I go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience; signers are not rushed nor are they pressured to sign if they have reservations. I strive to make every transaction error free, but errors do happen and I am motivated to get those corrected as soon as possible.

Closing packages are triple checked for accuracy and scans are done in a timely manner and will usually be completed within an hour of the completion of the signing.

To ensure the signed paperwork is received in the best condition possible, all paperwork is packaged first in a cardboard envelope for stability, and then in a poly pack for protection. Shipping labels are affixed with clear packing tape so they are not separated from the package. Packages are dropped off only at shipper facilities, not at 3rd party locations or kiosks.

I serve Grand Junction, Fruita, Loma, Palisade, Clifton, and Mack. I am willing to travel for an additional fee to locations outside my immediate area.
